Returns Information

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Westfield Kitchens & Bathrooms purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied, you can return it within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund to the same method used for your original payment.

We work very hard to ensure that your beautiful new bathroom reaches you in perfect condition. If you find any items damaged, please complete the online Damaged Item Form or Contact Us immediately.

Return Steps

  1. Authorise your return through the Westfield Kitchens & Bathrooms website

  2. Wrap the item in the original packaging and clearly mark your return number on a separate sheet. As part of the returns process, you can download a Return Note. Do not mark your original packaging

  3. Send the item back to our depot

  4. Once our depot receives your return, we will begin processing

  5. Your refund can take up to 14 working days from the date we receive your return

Returning An Unwanted Item

  • Unwanted items can’t be returned after 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

  • If you are returning an unwanted item, it must not be damaged or marked.

  • You will need to arrange a courier to return your parcel to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service for sending any parcels.

  • Unwanted items returned to us are done so at your own expense

Returning Faulty Or Damaged Items

  • Damaged items can't be returned after 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

  • We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Choose one of the methods below

    • Contact us - We have several ways of getting in touch via our Contact Us page

    • Damaged Item Form - You can inform us of any damaged items via the Damaged Item Form

  • You may be required to supply photographs of any damaged items. You can upload these as part of the returns process

  • Do not begin the returns process until you have informed us of any damaged items

A Few Things to Note

  • If you would like to return an item to us, we will arrange to credit your credit card / PayPal account. You can authorise your return below

  • Please make sure that the goods are returned to us in as-new condition (including all packaging) and that they are handled with care whilst in your possession.

  • We ask that any goods in sealed packaging be clearly visible without the need to open the packaging.

  • When returning your item, please make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return

Additional information (delivery inspection & toilet bowls)

To help us sort out any issues quickly, please read the following carefully:

  • Please accept your delivery and inspect the items as soon as they arrive. If the outer packaging appears damaged, please note it with the driver where possible.

  • If any item is damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods by completing the Damaged Item Form or contacting us via our Contact Us page.

  • Toilet bowls are non-returnable and non-refundable if you change your mind. If a toilet bowl arrives faulty or damaged, please report it within 48 hours. We may ask for photos to help resolve the issue.
