1. Definition

2. Pricing & Offers

The team at Westfield Kitchens & Bathrooms work hard to ensure that prices listed and technical specification information are accurate at the time of purchase. However, we are entitled to make amendments to the price to take into account any increase in our supplier's prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if, due to an error or omission, the price published for the goods is wrong, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

In this unlikely event, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies at any time. Please note that your computer may display old pages from our site which are stored in your own computer's memory from previous visits - it is important you refresh your browser when viewing any pages on our website to see the current prices and goods available. Any price changes will be advised and agreed upon before accepting your order.

Where Westfield Kitchens & Bathrooms run additional offers and voucher promotions, these may only be used singularly and not in conjunction with one another unless explicitly stated. This includes any cashback, discount code or trade account-related discount.

Please note that before accepting your order, if we discover you are not entitled to use the code, or do not meet any or all terms and conditions for a particular code’s use, we may reject your order or process it without benefit or reduction.

Percentage saving calculations may be based on the manufacturer's recommended retail price or the previous selling price.

Westfield Kitchens & Bathrooms reserves the right to withdraw an offer at any time. Discount codes and additional vouchers are not available on finance orders.

3. Security

We realise that the internet is based on trust, so we make security our number one priority. Your credit card details are sent securely to the bank servers during processing. No card data is saved or visible to staff.

4. Delivery & Collection

All delivery options and charges can be found on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Deliveries may be handled by Royal Mail, UPS, or pallet couriers. Once dispatched, responsibility lies with the courier.

We cannot provide special delivery instructions (e.g. leaving with neighbours). You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if goods are damaged, faulty, or incomplete.

Please:

• Inspect goods upon arrival

• Do not install damaged items

• Keep original packaging for returns

Responsibility passes to you once the goods are signed for.

We are not liable for:

• Incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer

• Courier delays

• Tradesperson costs or consequential loss

If delivery fails, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery. For pallet deliveries, disposal of packaging is the customer’s responsibility.

8. General

All orders are subject to acceptance by Westfield Kitchens & Bathrooms, at which point a contract is formed. Ownership of goods transfers upon delivery. You agree not to export goods outside mainland UK. Product images are for illustration only. Variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes. All goods are subject to stock availability. Prices include VAT at 20%.
